Congratulations Chief Justice Roberts!

Well thanks to the hurricanes Roberts was confirmed quickly and quietly. I think that we won’t see Robert’s true colors till after Connor’s replacement is confirmed. (He can’t risk it till the Robert’s Court is complete, since being too far one way or the other will hurt Bush’s next nominee during the confirmation hearings.) You say but Robert’s is a moderate! Right?... Robert’s so far has had to play politics and be a moderate, but as the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, he has a job for life, and really he answers to no one, but the Constitution (which is a “living document”). That kind of job security can change a man; in Robert’s case let’s hope it is for the better. On the off chance he reads this, remember the Republican Party stands for less government inference in the lives of the governed. Also, remember the frames didn’t think of everything, so just go with the side that is trying to keep us the “free'est” and leave your morality at home. Just a thought…
