Caveat emptor

From the Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary:

Incite
Pronunciation: in-'sIt
Function: transitive verb
Inflected Form(s): in•cit•ed; in•cit•ing
Etymology: Middle French inciter, from Latin incitare, from in- + citare to put in motion
Meaning: to move to action : stir up : spur on : urge on

I have written some stuff on advanced computational theory for artificial intelligence and genetic engineering for the home experimentor. I won’t be putting anything dangerous up, like plans for making a dinosaur at home (What a post that would be, “Build a T. rex in 21 days”), it’s just I am hesitant to put anything that is dual use into the public domain. So here is the disclaimer: Never ever ever do genetic engineering unless you are aware of all the safety and legal issues. Transgenic organisms are potentially hazardous and their release has serious legal consequences. The same is true for AI. Your “pet” computer program could be the progenitor of the next generation of uber computer viruses, if it escapes and evolves as you designed it to. This too has serious consequences.

Why have I added to the definition of incite?
So that you understand, I am publishing this site as a scientific curiosity and source of entertainment alone! I urge you to never try anything I think up! I wish to move you only to think and smile. If you are thinking of trying anything you see on here, read this.
